This project involved creating a useful product and/or service that creates a positive impact in some way. I built this hypothetical brand from the ground up. To begin, I selected a target market, being elderly individuals, and specifically focused on creating a brand for an inclusive elder-care facility, and in-home services provider. This means that the brand is welcoming to anyone regardless of their identity. I chose to focus on this sort of brand due to the amount of discrimination that the elderly LGBT+ community faces, and specifically researched what this specific community would need in order to thrive using a company such as MyCare. Shown below are the logo I developed, and some spreads from the MyCare brand book, as well as thumbnails of all of the spreads.
